4. Deposits

Jett Buzz accepts deposits in PKR through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change — always check the deposit page in your account for the most current options.

Deposits are credited to your jett buzz wallet in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed clearly during the deposit process.

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly.
• Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Jett Buzz does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposit funds must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a deposit is found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, it will be reversed and the account may be reviewed.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met and your account identity verification being complete. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

Jett Buzz is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing times once the withdrawal has been approved from our side.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus conditions that apply to all jett buzz promotions unless otherwise stated:

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on jett buzz — including Slot Games, Live Casino tables, Fish Games, and Bingo — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) for virtual games and by physical dealing and spinning equipment for Live Casino titles. Jett Buzz does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Results are final once a game round has concluded.

• Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once a game round has started.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, jett buzz reserves the right to void the round and return stakes to all affected players.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to manipulate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.

• Providing false information during registration or verification.

Jett Buzz actively monitors accounts for suspicious behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Jett Buzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a deposit method.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is found, verified funds will be returned to the account holder. Where a breach is confirmed, jett buzz reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
